Go Math! is a comprehensive Grade K-6 mathematics program used in classrooms K-5 here at Alta-Dutch Flat.  Go Math! was developed to support the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics and the NCTM Curriculum Focal Points. The program emphasizes Essential Questions and Big Ideas with depth of understanding as the goal.
CPM, or College Preparatory Mathematics, is informed by research our CCSS-aligned curriculum builds upon 25 years of experience writing problem-based, student-centered curriculum embedding the mathematical practices within lessons focused on big ideas and mathematical connections.  Learning strategies and pedagogy are research based. Included in the textbooks are appendices designed to help teachers and students with standards that might otherwise be missed or require supplementing in the transition to the CCSS grade level standards.
At Alta-Dutch Flat, CPM is used in the 6th - 8th grade classrooms.
Alta-Dutch Flat has recently adopted the TCI History Alive! curriculum for social studies in classrooms K-8.  TCI is shaking up the way education is taught in all grade levels by equipping teachers with K-12 online curriculum, social studies textbooks, science textbooks, and K-12 lesson plans that enable them to create a more stimulating educational environment for their students. Based on proven teaching strategies and practices, our K-12 programs bring learning alive and achieve consistent, positive classroom results.
TCI’s curriculum has been specially curated to meet state standards, create engagements in lessons and help students better understand the content through hands-on and experiential exercises.
Scott Foresman science curriculum provides inquiry-rich content with Scaffolded Inquiry™ activities; cross-curricular connections that link reading and science skills in every chapter for all students including your ELLs; hundreds of Leveled Readers for differentiated instruction; and time-saving strategies—from lesson preparation to 30-second lab setup.
At ADF Scott Foresman is utilized in the K-5 classrooms.
Glencoe Science, used in grades 6-8, meets students where they are through engaging features and thought-provoking questions that encourage them to relate the science concepts to the world around them. The inquiry-based “5E” lesson cycle provides active, hands-on explorations of the concepts.
Houghton Mifflin Language Arts curriculum is utilized in K-6 classrooms at ADF.  In the early grades, children will benefit from comprehensive foundational reading programs designed to strengthen key literacy skills and ensure that all students are tracking toward reading proficiently by third grade.
For upper elementary students, the curriculum ensures that learners have access to core and supplemental programs that offer personalized, engaging instruction and place every child on the path to reading success.

Beginning in grade 7 at ADF, SpringBoard English Language Arts helps students develop and refine skills in critical thinking, close reading, writing in various genres, and doing research.

Over the course of the program, they read and analyze a wide range of texts in genres including poetry, novels, plays, biographies, nonfiction narratives, speeches, and films. They also learn to write in forms including essays, personal narratives, argumentative texts such as editorials, and research papers.

Every ELA course is structured around a theme, such as "Challenges" or "Coming of Age."
